  2. Confirm the key takeaways from the training course or learning event and the outline programme
  3. Help you market the course or event internally and get the right messaging over through video and expert copywriting
  4. Organise Pre Course Support including a motivational welcome video and a 3-part introductory email series to engage delegates prior to the day.  This reassures, builds interest and lowers any resistance.
  5. To save you time, we can email the outline programme and  pre-course work together with the key takeaways direct to your delegates
  6. Provide one of our accredited Leading Light Learning expert mentors, trainers/facilitators to run the course/learning event and to connect with you before the event
  1. Give you little extras like tent cards, sweets, biscuits and fruit during the course so you don’t need to organise those
  2. Issue manuals/handouts/reflective journals to the delegates, and photograph group work output and email back to delegates on the day, ready for their return to work
  3. Conduct your own evaluation process, and our own online one as part of our quality control
  4. Provide Post Course/learning event Support  including our fabulous, unique accountability system, unlimited email support and a 3-part follow up email series to help the transfer of learning
  5. Arrange a 3 month check-in with you to discuss progress and any further development needs
  6. Assign you a dedicated Client Services Manager to oversee the contract from start to finish and to connect with you before the event
